About Us

Just as great places require the right mix of inviting homes, lively town centers and lush green spaces, a great development team is created by bringing together highly-skilled, experienced planners, designers and builders who share a passion for creating authentic communities. The team behind Mission Heights has collaborated to envision and build a number of award-winning neighborhoods throughout the southern United States. We invite you to take a virtual tour of what this team has accomplished, in anticipation of what is to come.

The Team

Mission Heights Development is managed by East Mission Boulevard, LLC (“EMB”), a collaboration between Lawrence Finn, Owner of Dakota Development, LLC, Tommy Lasiter, CEO of Doyle Rogers Company, and Paul Minton, Principal of Broker Allied Brokers Inc. EMB crafted a team of exemplary land planners, architects, engineers, and home builders to creatively design and place each home to compliment the unique topography of Northwest Arkansas. The design consultant team consists of Tunnel, Spangler and Walsh; Rhineheart Pulliam & Company; Ecological Design Group; Robert Sharp Architects; Flintlock Architecture & Landscape; Miller Boskus Lack; and Lew Oliver, Inc. The select “builders group” of local custom home builders consists of Osage Creek Development, Martin Building Group, Booth Building and Design, and GB Group Construction.

Homes & Gardens

A timeless streetscape of uniquely crafted homes. Leisurely conversations over coffee on the front porch. Sharing flowers and seeds as gardens grow and bloom. Neighbors enjoying a backyard cook-out. Children laughing as they chase fireflies at twilight. Throwing a ball to your dog in the park down the street.

These simple pleasures are characteristics of living in a traditional, walkable neighborhood designed to foster and celebrate families, friendships, nature, connection and community.

Commons & Parks

The garden path beckons. Parks and shared green spaces connect homes, backyards and people, weaving a natural tapestry throughout the neighborhood. Children run in the park, neighbors chat over the garden gate, and dogs play on the village green. Shaded streetscapes welcome us home. We are enticed outdoors to meet, play, relax or simply breathe in the fresh air. Parks and landscapes strengthen the well-being of the community, and we strengthen our own well-being by enjoying them.

Mixed Use Town Center

A vibrant town center is a daily destination that hums with energy. Mornings begin with the aroma of fresh coffee, mid-day shoppers are enticed by colorful displays and the promise of a leisurely lunch. Kids play on the village green or grab a snack at the ice cream shop.

As the sun sets, music and laughter spill out from the sidewalk cafés. The town center is the center of activity and life in a well-planned, walkable neighborhood.
